Governance Model

Clear, on-chain role system

Curator

Defines strategy, sets risk parameters, and approves markets.

Allocator

Executes rebalances and manages capital deployment.

Guardian

Can pause operations in emergencies to protect depositors.

Multi-signature protection

All roles require multiple signatures for important operations.

Time-locked changes

Critical changes are protected by time locks for review.
